Badminton
Badminton competition at the Arctic Winter Games includes singles, doubles, and mixed doubles making a combined total of 20 gold ulus to be awarded over the four age/sex classes: junior and juvenile, male and female. Competition begins with round-robin play, followed by a medal round among the top-ranked players. A team consists of two athletes in each age/sex class and two coaches. Teams that regularly participate in badminton include Alaska, Yukon, Alberta North, Northwest Territories, Kalaallit Nunaat, Nunavut, and Nunavik.
